Anixem LLC (“Anixem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates anixem.com, the private Anixem Portfolio Analytics Dashboard at admin.anixem.com, also presented as Portfolio Pulse, and related Anixem services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide through the Services, such as your name, email address, support request, message content, and other information you send to us.
Google account information
When an authorized user signs in to the Anixem Portfolio Analytics Dashboard with Google, we receive the basic identity information needed to authenticate that user, such as the user’s name, email address, and Google account identifier. Access is restricted to Google accounts expressly authorized by Anixem.
Google Analytics information
With the user’s permission, the dashboard uses the read-only Google Analytics scope to access Google Analytics 4 information available to that user’s Google account. This may include:
- Google Analytics account and property identifiers, property names, and related property metadata;
- Standard and realtime reports;
- Aggregate metrics such as users, active users, sessions, views, new users, returning users, engaged sessions, engagement rate, and key events; and
- Report dimensions such as date, traffic channel, source and medium, landing page, country, city, and device category.
The dashboard requests read-only access. It does not create, edit, or delete Google Analytics accounts, properties, events, or reports.
Technical and usage information
When you use the Services, our systems may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, timestamps, referring page, and service or error logs. The public website may also receive information through features or third-party content you choose to use.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Authenticate authorized users and maintain secure sessions;
- Automatically discover the Google Analytics accounts and properties available to the authorized Google account;
- Retrieve, aggregate, cache, organize, and display standard and realtime analytics reports in the private dashboard;
- Save dashboard preferences such as property display names, visibility, and order;
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Services;
- Respond to support, privacy, and security requests; and
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
3. Google API Data and Limited Use
Anixem uses information received from Google APIs only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Anixem Portfolio Analytics Dashboard that the authorized user requests.
Anixem’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, data-broker services, credit or lending decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not permit people to read Google user data except when the authorized user asks us to do so for support, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when the data is aggregated or anonymized for legitimate internal operations consistent with Google’s policies.
4. Storage, Caching, and Security
Google OAuth credentials and tokens are kept server-side and are not exposed to the browser. Stored OAuth tokens are encrypted. The dashboard uses server-side sessions and secure, HTTP-only cookies. Standard Analytics report responses are cached in server memory for approximately five minutes, and realtime results are cached for a shorter interval, currently approximately twenty seconds. These caches reduce unnecessary Google API requests and expire automatically.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access restrictions, encrypted transport, server-side secret management, and limited-scope authorization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
The Services use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for security, authentication, session continuity, and site functionality. The private dashboard’s session cookie is HTTP-only and is not used for advertising. Third-party content or services on the public website may use their own technologies subject to their own privacy policies.
6. When We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data. We may disclose information only:
- To infrastructure and service providers that process information on our behalf to host, secure, or operate the Services and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- To Google as necessary to complete authentication and authorized Google Analytics API requests;
- When directed or consented to by the user;
- To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Anixem, our users, or others; or
- When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
If Anixem is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the Services, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.
- Dashboard sessions normally expire after approximately twelve hours.
- Standard analytics cache entries normally expire after approximately five minutes; realtime cache entries normally expire after approximately twenty seconds.
- OAuth tokens remain stored while the account is connected and authorized, unless access is revoked, the connection is removed, or deletion is requested.
- Property display preferences remain until changed, the dashboard is reset, or deletion is requested.
- Support communications and technical logs may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
To request deletion of your account connection, OAuth tokens, preferences, or other personal information, email anixemllc@gmail.com. We will verify and process valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate security purposes.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can stop the dashboard’s future access to Google data by removing Anixem’s access from your Google Account connections. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.
9. International Processing
Anixem and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or interact with third-party services, including Google. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that Anixem does not control.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services when appropriate.
